zh8800 Platform Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "Player" or "Account Holder") and zh8800 (hereinafter referred to as "zh8800", "we", "us" or "the Platform") in respect of your access to and use of the zh8800 online gaming platform, accessible at zh8800.cam and any associated subdomains, mobile applications or distribution channels.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, depositing funds or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease use of the platform immediately and must not register or maintain an account.

In these Terms, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

Access to zh8800 and participation in any gaming activity offered on the Platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility conditions. You represent and warrant that all of the following are true at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• Minimum Age: You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction. zh8800 does not knowingly allow minors to register or use the Platform. If underage access is detected or suspected, the Account will be immediately suspended and all funds frozen pending investigation.
• Legal Capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are subject to any legal incapacity, you must not register or use the Platform.
• Single Account: You are registering only one Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts by the same individual are prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration — including name, date of birth, address and contact details — is accurate, complete and not misleading. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Not Self-Excluded: You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order or any other voluntary or regulatory restriction prohibiting you from accessing gambling services.
• Own Funds: You are playing with your own funds and not on behalf of any third party. Use of shared, borrowed or illicitly obtained funds is prohibited.
• Jurisdictional Awareness: You understand that online gambling may be restricted or illegal in your jurisdiction, including Pakistan, and you assume sole responsibility for compliance with applicable local laws.

4.1 Registration Process. You must provide accurate personal information as requested on the registration form, including a valid email address, date of birth and any other fields marked as required. You must create a unique, secure password for your Account and are solely responsible for maintaining its confidentiality.

4.2 KYC Verification. zh8800 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Before processing withdrawal requests — and at any time deemed appropriate by zh8800 — you may be required to submit identity verification documents, including but not limited to a government-issued identification document and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal access.

4.3 Account Security. You are responsible for all activity conducted under your Account credentials. You must notify zh8800 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been compromised, accessed without authorisation or subject to any security breach.

4.4 Account Closure by Platform. zh8800 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) eligibility conditions have not been met; (b) fraudulent, abusive or criminal activity has occurred; (c) the Account has been used in breach of these Terms; or (d) continued operation of the Account poses a reputational, legal or compliance risk to zh8800.

Your use of the zh8800 Platform is subject to the following terms of permitted and prohibited use. These conditions apply at all times from the moment of account registration.

5.1 Permitted Use. You may use the Platform solely for the purpose of personal, non-commercial online gaming entertainment, subject to these Terms. You may access the Platform via any internet-connected device, including desktop and mobile browsers, in accordance with the Platform's technical requirements.

5.2 Technical Standards. You are responsible for ensuring that your device, browser and internet connection meet the minimum technical requirements to use the Platform effectively. zh8800 does not guarantee uninterrupted service and accepts no liability for losses arising from connectivity issues beyond its reasonable control.

5.3 Currency Display. Account balances, bets, deposits and withdrawals are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where supported. Actual transaction currencies and any applicable exchange rates are determined by the operator and payment provider. zh8800 makes no guarantee regarding exchange rates or currency conversion costs.

5.4 Game Availability. The availability of specific games, sports markets, live casino tables and other features on zh8800 is subject to change without notice. zh8800 reserves the right to add, modify, suspend or remove any game or feature at any time without liability to the User.

zh8800 references familiar Pakistan payment services — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — to assist users in understanding what types of transactions may be supported. These references are for contextual purposes only. None of these payment providers endorse, support or are affiliated with zh8800 in any commercial capacity.

6.1 Deposit Conditions. Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds are set by the operator and may vary by payment method. zh8800 reserves the right to reject any deposit at its discretion and without obligation to provide reasons.

6.2 Processing Times. Deposit processing times vary by payment method and are subject to the policies of individual payment providers. zh8800 does not guarantee instant credit of funds in all circumstances. Delays caused by payment providers, banking systems or network conditions are outside zh8800's control.

6.3 Deposit Limits. Players may set voluntary deposit limits from their account settings as a responsible gambling measure. Limits set by zh8800's responsible gambling controls may take precedence over player-set limits where applicable.

7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals of Real Money Funds are available to verified Account Holders who have satisfied all applicable KYC requirements. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC verification is complete may be placed on hold until verification is finalised.

7.2 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals must generally be processed to the same payment method used to make the original deposit, subject to operator policy. zh8800 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving withdrawal requests.

7.3 Processing Timeframes. Withdrawal processing times are subject to operator policy and the operational timelines of payment providers. zh8800 does not guarantee withdrawal processing within any specific timeframe. Players should consult the current withdrawal information in their account dashboard for estimated processing times.

7.4 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals. Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds apply and are set by the operator. These thresholds may vary by payment method. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.

7.5 AML Checks. zh8800 is obligated to conduct anti-money laundering checks on withdrawal requests. zh8800 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawals where AML screening raises concerns, and to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

All bonuses, free bets, promotional credits and offers made available on zh8800 are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion. In all cases, the following general principles apply:

1. Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be fulfilled before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated at the point of bonus activation. Illustrative example: a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal eligibility is triggered.
2. Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not activated or whose wagering requirements are not fulfilled within the stated expiry period will be cancelled automatically, along with any associated winnings. Expiry periods are shown at the point of activation.
3. Maximum Bet During Active Bonus: While a bonus is active, a maximum bet limit applies per round or stake. Exceeding this limit may result in the voiding of the bonus and associated winnings. Maximum bet limits are stated in individual promotion terms.
4. Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates vary by game category and are disclosed in individual promotion terms. Slot games typically contribute at a higher rate than live casino or table games.
5. Maximum Cash-Out: Certain promotions impose a cap on the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from bonus-generated winnings. This cap is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
6. One Bonus Per Account: Unless specifically stated otherwise, each eligible Account may claim a given promotion once only. Abuse of promotions — including through multiple accounts or fraudulent activity — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

9.1 Bet Acceptance. zh8800 and its sports betting providers reserve the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at their discretion, including bets placed at erroneous odds caused by a technical fault or human error. Bets will not be honoured where odds were manifestly incorrect at the time of placement.

9.2 Cricket & Sports Markets. zh8800 offers betting markets on cricket events including PSL, ICC T20 World Cup, bilateral ODI and Test series involving Pakistan and other nations. These references are used for sports-context purposes only. zh8800 has no official partnership with the PCB, PSL, ICC or any national cricket board, franchise or governing body.

9.3 In-Play Betting. In-play or live betting markets may be suspended or settled at any time based on match events, data availability or technical conditions. Once a bet has been accepted by the system, it may not be cancelled by the player except where the platform specifically permits partial cash-out or bet withdrawal functionality.

9.4 Voided Bets. Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: match abandonment, postponement beyond the applicable settlement period, data feed errors, or any other circumstance specified in individual sport-specific rules. Voided bets are returned to the Account balance at the original stake value.

9.5 RNG Games. Outcomes of RNG-based games (slots, virtual table games, crash games and similar) are determined by certified random number generator systems. zh8800 does not manipulate outcomes and does not guarantee profitable results for any player.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on zh8800 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, entitling zh8800 to suspend or permanently close the Account and forfeit any associated funds:

• Registering more than one Account or acting in concert with others to circumvent single-account rules.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion restriction, whether voluntarily imposed or externally mandated.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, bonus abuse or any other systematic exploitation of promotional offers that distorts the intended purpose of the promotion.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other mechanical or electronic assistance to gain an unfair advantage.
• Conducting, facilitating or benefiting from any form of money laundering, fraud, theft or criminal activity using the Platform or its payment infrastructure.
• Attempting to interfere with, disrupt or compromise the technical integrity, security or operation of the Platform or its underlying systems.
• Permitting or facilitating access by a minor to your Account or to the Platform.

All intellectual property rights in and to the zh8800 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, software, source code, graphics, text, logos, trade marks, game assets and content — are and shall remain the property of zh8800 or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any proprietary right, title or interest in any Platform content.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license or otherwise exploit any Platform content without zh8800's express prior written consent.

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zh8800 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, gaming losses, or damages resulting from interruption of service, technical failures or unauthorised access to your Account.

12.2 zh8800 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors or interruptions, or that any particular game, odds, or market will be available at any specific time.

12.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude zh8800's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by zh8800's gross negligence; or (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by zh8800.

12.4 Gambling Losses. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that losses are a natural and foreseeable outcome of gaming activity. zh8800 accepts no liability for any gambling losses incurred by you in the course of using the Platform.

zh8800 is committed to supporting responsible gambling as a core operational principle. The Platform provides the following tools to all registered Account Holders:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limits take effect immediately upon activation.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss threshold over a defined period. Once the threshold is reached, further betting is paused for the remainder of the period.
• Session Time Reminders: Automated session time alerts notify players when they have been active for a defined duration, encouraging regular breaks.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days) without permanent closure.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion via the account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion is enforced promptly and all marketing communications are ceased immediately.

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zh8800 is licensed and incorporated. Nothing in this clause shall limit any rights you may have under applicable mandatory local consumer protection laws.

15.1 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute regarding the interpretation or application of these Terms, or in relation to any transaction, game outcome or Account action, you should first contact zh8800 customer support with full details of your complaint. zh8800 aims to resolve complaints within a reasonable timeframe and in good faith.

15.2 Escalation. If a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through direct customer support contact, zh8800 may offer an escalation pathway to an independent dispute resolution process, subject to applicable operator policies at the time of the dispute.

15.3 Pakistani Users. zh8800 does not hold a Pakistani gambling license. Users in Pakistan who have complaints about the Platform are advised to seek independent legal advice regarding their options under applicable Pakistani law. zh8800 does not accept liability for the legal consequences to any user arising from participation in online gambling in jurisdictions where such activity is restricted.
